I brought my father in law in for a long overdue haircut and to shave his beard off. Olivia was phenomenal, even was polite and rolled with it when there was a communication mix up between her and I. As we age it gets harder to care for ourselves and she didn’t let it phase her. She was so kind to him and even modified the headrest to help him relax. He enjoyed himself and had a little pep in his step and twinkle in his eye when they were done. Olivia you are one in a million and hair mechanix should be proud to have you on their team. Honestly Ray completely rushed my cut (that I made an appointment for) to accommodate a walk-in and it was very obvious. I ended up leaving with a soaked head of hair and when it dried it turned out to just be a bad haircut. It’d be one thing if he rushed and it was great but I’m honestly embarrassed and hate looking in the mirror at the moment. Worst barber experience I’ve ever had. He was nice to talk to I guess and the environment is nice but that’s not the point.

Sent my son and fiancé for haircuts before family photos and they came back looking like they’d been to the groomer’s. Worst haircuts I’ve ever seen. I came in at my scheduled appointment time at 1:30 and it is now 2:10. I have been waiting and a walk-in came in and was taken before me. What is the point of making appointments if the times made can not be upheld. Other than that the haircut was great. I have been to other locations and this has never happened. Maybe they were just having a off day but it’s a little ridiculous.

The Barbers are great, cant say that enough! But this is the second time this month ive made an appointment for one of my 3 kids. An then asked to make a second appintment for myself, or just put it in the notes that i need a quick l need a quick tape up or beard trim. An BOTH times ive been told they’re too busy and dont have enough time! Even after calling 12hrs prior to confirmed i indeed thave two appointments! Its very frustrating! An cant quite figure out why this has been a problem the last two times weve been there. Everyones times valuable, and this should be an easy fix!

The website says they take appts 30 mins prior to closing. Then the door has a POSTED sign saying 20 mins prior to closing. Brought my son to get a quick trim at 7:21pm and they turned us away. Told us they were about to close. They had one customer at the time.

Olyvia was amazing. I have no idea when it comes to hairstyles and I told her “Cut it so that if you saw it you yourself, you would say DAMN that is one hell of a haircut!”. She did exactly that!!
