This is the first time I’ve been to this place because of the good reviews but I’d give zero star to the service I received today. I went for a layered bob haircut but she literally chopped my hair and no way it looks like a layered bob. I never had this worse haircut in my life. The way she was cutting the hair, I have never seen someone would cut the bob layered like that. I wish I’ve never gone to this place.

Always get the best haircut of my life from Mindy!! She always makes sure I’m happy with the results before I leave. Inexpensive, but a full service salon with friendly knowledable staff that I love!! I will never go anywhere else again. My only complaint is that I was not referred to her by my friend years ago!!

The gal that does my hair is very friendly and does a wonderful job. No one else in the salon speaks to you. Doing hair myself for 40 years it was very important to greet all of the clients and make them feel welcome.

Critical: ProfessionalismRuth is very rude! She refuse service to a lovely lady in a wheelchair, because she was a few minutes late. She doesn’t get how hard it is to get out of bed. I would have gave no stars if I could, the service was absolutely discussing! So rude to people in general! No respect for humanity! I want to see her in the conditions everyday, and then I want to see how she feels after getting treated like that! Stuart studios is better and more nice then a professional place!Ruth is very rude! Critical: QualityWow. This is the worst dye job I’ve had since my 14 year old sister dyed my hair when I was 16! Hair dye on my ears, forehead, and neck! Asked for that new ombre style dye application, with two colors blending from top to bottom. I look like I stuck my hair in straight bleach! Asked for product so my wavy hair wouldn’t be frizzy, I look like a combed out poodle. I couldn’t give them a zero stars otherwise I would. Do not waste your money at this salon!!Wow. This is a great place to get your hair done. The stylists are so knowledgeable and friendly. The salon is clean. I won’t go any where else to get my hair done. Just got my hair colored and cut.
