I got the most dramatic haircut of my life here and I am glad that I chose them, I felt secure in the hands of my stylist and she did a great job of explaining what she was doing as she went. Very welcoming and inclusive. Will definitely return.Edit: on my second visit here I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by the owner of the shop, and it was by far the best hair experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely happy and fresh in my look, and as though I was welcome to return at any point. The Lounge is a great spot for anyone who is nervous about changing up their look or trusting strangers with your hair, because they really make you feel safe and comfortable here in every way they can. I got the most dramatic haircut of my life here and I am glad that I chose them, I felt secure in the hands of my stylist and she did a great job of explaining what she was doing as she went. The staff takes extra time and energy to understand what you’re looking for and they make recommendations based on your lifestyle, hair texture, etc. Also, the salon has done a GREAT job with their Covid protocol. Everyone is always masked up and constantly sanitizing the salon. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
