I received a apron for my birthday in November of 2021, in April of 2022 I found a home and emailed customer service and they willingly with no questions asked sent me a a brand new apron, (without new straps, understandably). When my new package arrived at my door I had to pay a fee for customs and it wasn’t cheap. So I reached out again and they reimbursed me for the fee. By far one of the best, easiest kindest interactions with online customer service is ever experienced. 10/10. So happy.
