Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called in a couple of days ahead to book an appointment for 10 AM. I was there 10 minutes early, and they took me in for shampoo. Nelson cut my hair and a lovely lady shampooed and did my hot oil/protein treatment. The salon was clean. Nelson was very warm and professional. I was offered coffee or bottled water. And while I was waiting under the hair steamer, Nelson even lent me an extension cord so I can use and charge my phone. I love that Nelson listened to me, and he did an excellent job on my hair. I called in a couple of days ahead to book an appointment for 10 AM. I was there 10 minutes early, and they took me in for shampoo. Nelson cut my hair and a lovely lady shampooed and did my hot oil/protein treatment. The salon was clean. Nelson was very warm and professional. I was offered coffee or bottled water.
