I went in with badly damaged, scraggly hair, came out with a new cut and tons of information on how to help restore my hair. Elisa was attentive when I was explaining my problem and very professional. As I stated, she gave me lots of information on how to combat the damage and was delightfully personable. My daughter went in to get her hair done for her Senior pictures later that afternoon. The week before when she called to set an appointment, she was told it wasn’t necessary to just do a walk in. Well she did and the ladies were just socializing amongst themselves. She got Stephanie, who was obviously inconvenienced. Not only did she not utter one word to her, her hair looked as if NOTHING was done. When she walked in, I said to her “I thought you were getting your hair done” then she told me she did…I am beyond furious! Save your time and money, there are too many other choices besides this place. Stephanie, needs to find another line of work.

The absolute worse experience ever. Do not let the hairdresser named Stephanie Hamilton cut you hair. My daughter went to get a V cut in the back and some long layers. She left the first time missing 5 inches and had choppy chunky hunks of hair..went back to get it fixed and ended up with shoulder length hair no layer and cut straight across the back. I wish this review would let me post pics of before and after and what the picture she showed the “stylist” looked like. She just wanted a V cut and long layers now she has lost ten inches of length has no V cut and no Layers..just a shoulder length cut that anyone could do…was not offered a refund.
