DO NOT go to this hair salon for any haircuts! I brought my 15 year old daughter in for a haircut that she had seen in a magazine, she had three or four different angles of the haircut she wanted. The woman that worked there seemed confidant and we even asked if she could cut my daughters hair like pics we brought in for reference, she said “yes not a problem. ” I was watching her cut my daughters hair and I even stopped her before I saw her making a mistake and I informed her that she will need to cut her bangs longer in the middle of her nose at first because her hair shrinks up when it dries because she has full thick hair. She acknowledged me and went to doing as I told her not to!!! When my daughters bangs dried they are in the middle of her forehead and they were supposed to be right below the eyebrows. When she gave my daughter the mirror to look at the hair cut, she started crying and screaming. The lady went to pick up her scissors and tried to cut more off my daughter almost got physical with her. She had taken her hair from the middle of her back up to above her shoulders, which the length wasn’t the problem, it was she didn’t know how to layer women’s hair or cut new bangs into a hair style. Not to mention middle thru the hair cut she knocked my daughters phone off her lap and on the hard floor which causes the screen to break. I’m filling small claims on her for this plus for the terrible hair cut!!!
