Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBeen around the block a bit. I’m the type of person who likes to try out different hair salons like restaurants. Sports Clips one time, Halo Hair Care Studio the next. Gotta say though, Hair in the Square is definitely the most cozy. The place just feels homey. Cute decorations, unique style, and located near the historic Solomons Island for a nice place to show off your new look. I find myself going back there more and more often, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Tina – Its owner- has over 25 years experience and has managed 2 successful businesses – no easy feat. She knows how to treat customers so they keep on coming back, and I think I’m beginning to warm up that. Their slogan is “Our Clients Walk on Water”, and I’m beginning to see why when I’m crossing the Solomons bridge every few weeks to see her. Been around the block a bit. I’m the type of person who likes to try out different hair salons like restaurants. Sports Clips one time, Halo Hair Care Studio the next. Gotta say though, Hair in the Square is definitely the most cozy. The place just feels homey. Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an ear piercing appointment like they had advertised. The first time i made an appointment, they cancelled it an hour before i was supposed to show up because they forgot to get earrings. When i rescheduled they said that they only had one day available to do the appointment within the next week. I showed up to my appointment today and the lady that was supposed to pierce my ears wasn’t even there. There was just two employees in there gossiping and they told me to wait for the lady to show up. A couple minutes later, they told me that they forgot to buy the earrings AGAIN! I scheduled an ear piercing appointment like they had advertised. The first time i made an appointment, they cancelled it an hour before i was supposed to show up because they forgot to get earrings. When i rescheduled they said that they only had one day available to do the appointment within the next week.
