I have really fine thin hair and came to Brandi for the first time with lots of “issues.” She did a fabulous job giving me some practical things I could do, as well as a great color and cut (all without judgement- I hadn’t gotten my hair cut for probably a year before covid- it was really bad). I can’t say enough good things about Brandi. I have been searching for a good blonde colorist for 6 months. Brandi rocked it. A great blonde colorist is very hard to find. Also, her bubbly funny personality makes her someone you want to spend time with. She goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. You go, Brandi, you nailed it!

Very disappointed. Hair stylist did not seem to try to understand what I wanted and when it turned out entirely wrong she then preceded to make it seem like it was my fault for not pointing out to her she was doing the process wrong. She even admitted she didn’t look at what I came in for and assumed I wanted a certain thing because of my age and took my money in full price for it. In my opinion it is the stylists job to make sure that they fully understand what their customers want and make certain their customers do not leave their salon unhappy. When she blow dried my hair she gave didn’t even try to assure me it looked good and when I asked if she could fix the color she said she didn’t know what to do. Now my hair color is left embarrassingly uneven and streaky and i have to go to another salon and pay another 150 to get it fixed. I also feel the need to add that I got a consultation at another salon the same day and they gave me multiple options for a solution. I don’t want to speak for the whole salon but my experience here seemed very unprofessional and uncaring as long as she got paid she didn’t care. Will not be returning ever.

I would give 10 stars to this place if I could! I’ve had such a great experience with Brandi, she has magical hands! As a first time mom, I needed some big change, and she did exactly what I wanted! Very professional, but listens and cares at the same time. I highly recommend this place, try it you won’t regret it!
