I called because I colored my own hair and messed it up I got Kristen on the phone dont know if I spelled her name right anyway she was very nice got me in the next day answered all my questions and I’m getting ready for my appointment know and I will let you all know how it goes. So far so good ! I’m looking forward to my visit and to get my color fixed.
