First time at this salon and I’m ecstatic with my results. Joan Dalton did the GK Keratin treatment on my hair and it came out beautiful. Joan has also given me a root touch up. Her color choice was on point and I love it. Her haircuts are also amazing. The salon is adorable with a beach vibe and spotless. Owner and staff were welcoming and very nice. Critical: PunctualityI made an appt for my son’s haircut at 5 pm on Friday. When my husband brought him in, the salon was busy, and they had to wait for 20 min only to learn that they won’t be taken within the next 30 min. It turned out later they were mistakenly put in the system for 6 pm and we have not been notified about this as the salon never asked for my telephone number or email. We had a very special event right after the haircut, so we could not wait until 6 pm. I called the salon and left my telephone number, and the manager Jason called me back. As a mutually beneficial resolution, I suggested a one-time discount for a haircut to make up for the salon’s mistake. Jason only offered to write down my email for future notifications and declined my suggestion for a discount. This clearly shows that the salon does not take responsibility for their own mistake and client satisfaction does not matter for them. They are willing to lose a client than offer a one-time discount.
