I had an appointment set and they still had me waiting for 4 hours while they assisted other clients and taking smoke breaks. The hairstylists seemed to be friendly in the beginning but sadly to say the establishment is beyond ghetto and extremely unprofessional to say the least. I came in for a initial style but the stylist insisted to do a poorly done sew in(due to the stylist rushing the installation) instead of giving me the design I requested originally. I usually have no issues supporting black owned businesses but this was a very disappointing experience…
