Riley spent over four hours of her time recovering my hair from at home box color, and trimmed the ends to recommended length. The vibe of the salon is A+. Love this place! Every time I come here, I leave feeling like a goddess. I have had my hair done by different people (depending on my schedule and who I can get in with), and all of them have been wonderful! Lesley, McKenzie, and Casey have all had their hands in my hair and are always so sweet and wonderful. I had an unfortunate experience of having my hair permanently dyed (I didn’t ask for that and it was done anyways)…. These gals have wonderfully worked with me to bring my hair back down to something not just manageable until my hair is long enough to cut all the dye out but something BEAUTIFUL! I am so in love with it, thanks gals!

I loved the atmosphere at this salon along with the level of professionalism and care that each stylist seemed to have for their clients. This was my first time coming to the salon and it definitely won’t be the last! I loved how Tisha consulted with her peers on recommendations for my hair that had been damaged previously. I don’t like getting my hair cut but I felt comfortable with her and her knowledge level that we were doing the best thing for my hair. I am so happy that we did the cut that we did!! We also did a split and mender and my hair feels and looks great!!

I have been here a few times and usually love it, but unfortunately my stylist left the state before my appt which was on a Saturday (today). They were still able to reschedule me same day but later which was fine. When I got there, the stylist stated that I only signed up for highlights and no hair cut when I booked using the app and she stated she was already short on time so she wouldn’t be able to cut my hair. I have been putting off doing my hair for so long because of being so busy with family and I was looking forward to this appointment. I literally left and went home crying. There was no way I could feel good about getting highlights with no hair cut/trim. So I guess this is just to say, make sure you ask for highlights and haircut because it’s not assumed you want both when you book.

Not sure about all these 5’s because when I went there Lynae was nice but beyond that should not be doing hair. I asked for blond highlights and I got ash colored hair. She told me to go home and wash it about 10 times to get ash out. She butchered my hair so bad. The owner then tried to fix it but it wasn’t much better. They left me with a butchered haircut and brassy hair. Shame on them for taking someone’s money for the worse color and cut of my life.
