The Hair House Barbershop a family run business established in 1984 in the heart of Vista, CA and has been a staple in the community as one of the oldest barbershops serving generations of families. Started by Daniel Barbas a transplant from Sioux Falls South Dakota. Daniel, a barber for 55 years, served the community of Vista for 34 years before retiring and passing on his legacy to his son Andrew Barbas. Andrew worked with his dad for 20 years and has taken the reigns striving to make his dad proud.

1st timer for me. Great place. My place closed, so I came here. Andrew is awesome. He did a great job, and has an awesome customer service. They have a military discount for $11. With tip I was $14. I support small businesses. Definitely will be back.

Excellent work by Andrew the barber, His pops started the business and retired a few years ago and Andrew is following his pops footsteps and he is now the GO TOO guy for haircuts. Always a clean and comfy atmosphere. I love going to get my haircut there. Keep up the great work Andrew.

Seen this place before but never tried thrm…today as I drove by- this time it was open…I tried it and the barber on-site was very courteous and friendly the hair cut I got was good …the fade was a tiny bit off but overall I will be coming back …the customer experience was above most of what I have tired lately as most shops either give priority to returning customers or just rush through the process…..give em a try.

Been bringing my boys here for about 10 years. My 18 year old goes once a month. Loves to chit chat with Andrew as he gets his hair cut. We had the dad the older gentleman cut it once and wasnt the same. Andrew is the only one we come here for. Great price as well

Hair House is a good, clean shop with friendly employees. They are very fast and yet they always do a great job on my hair. I don’t think they do women’s hair. There is never too big of a crowd and even at their busiest there is not more than a 10 minute (or so) wait. Prices are very cheap, running about $8 for a typical men’s cut. Employees always seem to be happy and are very friendly. I highly recomend them if you are in the area of Santa Fe & Bobier in Vista, CA
