I was very sad to have such a negative experience here. I booked 2 weeks in advance to lighten and color my thick dark hair. I made sure to speak to my stylist specifically to make sure she knew the details. I used to be a stylist so I was very specific and let her know what to expect. When I arrived and she saw my hair she immediately said she didn’t book enough time for this job. She asked if I could come the following Tuesday and she would be sure to book enough time this time. I had booked this process especially during spring break and would be back at work on Tuesday so I was very bummed and sad. This used to be the only place I had my hair done but I will be looking for someone else going forward.
