I had a hairstylist who seemed extremely rushed. I have short hair and while a buzz cut doesn’t take much skill please be kind to my scalp. She managed to leave red marks on my entire scalp and neck from the tines. She also did a poor job even attempting to brush off the hair clippings and left me itchy for hours. Would not recommend Penny for a men’s cut.
