Whomever they have working at the front desk is extremely rude. Called on Thursday morning to ask a very important question before booking a service. Asked to speak to the owner because my colorist was not available that day. The person told me owner was busy and could not come to the phone. Didn’t even offer to have her call me back or any other options. You just lost a good paying customer thanks to your rudeness. A very expensive salon and nasty customer service. I recommend they look into that.

I was turned away for my hair being too tangled. After I called to ask how should I prepare for the curly cut appointment and told nothing needed to be done. It was my first time there and I was very disappointment. Front and support staff were amazing and friendly. However, I will not be returning.

Very disappointed. Got so much hype and turned out not. First,colorist took 25 minutes to mix color, said she could not use the mix I had been told they carried. The person washing out color soaked the back of my shirt and red color transferred onto my shirt ruining it.

Takented professionals. Kind staff. Excellent service. Kay, the colorist, did an amazing job. Silly me had a pandemic blues moment and canceled my blow out the day before. Kay spoke with Dana and she was able to squeeze in my blow out. I left Hair House looking fabulous.

Kay did my nephew’s hair and he is truly a master in her craft. She was super informative and gave him tips on how to maintain his curls. My daughter had Chloe and she did an awesome job to her hair. I was so happy with my blow out by Dana. They use the best shampoo for your hair type, colored, curly, needing volume etc. The hair wash was exceptional including a light scalp massage. I was in and out in about 30 mins with a style that lasted about 4 days. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The location is very well kept and immaculate. Can’t wait to go back

I went here today and I enjoyed my experience. It was welcoming, relaxing, timely, and the ladies were friendly. The service was excellent I got a haircut just right for my curly hair type. Thank you Dana for blessing my hair and ensuring I was satisfied with my new style. I plan to return to get highlights done on my hair.
