Excellent service. I highly recommend this hair salon. First, the appointment started on time which I greatly appreciate. Second, the service is impeccable. I’ve been natural for over ten years and normally wear my hair in a curly fluffy Afro, so I was a bit hesitant to try the silk press, but I’m happy I did. I love my hair, and the stylist gave me an excellent trim.

I went for a sew-in and color. the place was very nice and clean. The two ladies were nice and polite. I only gave four stars because the shape of my hair wasn’t great. I ended up dying both my leave out and bundles once I was home and layered my hair myself. I don’t blame her for the color though because she only did what I asked and realistically should have went darker brown all over. I would go again for a sew-in.

If I could give her 6 stars I would! My daughters and I went here to get silk presses about a week ago and had the most awesome experience. I am so happy to have found a place to go as this will be our new hair “home”. Nastassia is very accomodating, flexible, professional, quick and holds great conversation. The style holds well – It has been ten days and it still looks like we only got our hair done yesterday – Even in this heat and humidity! Absolutely will be going back to Hair Heaven, and I would highly recommend her. I already passed her number to my niece who will be going there for braiding and weaves.

Stas did an Excellent job on my hair!!!! I’m from CT., but lived in VA. for a little over ten years. I’m natural, and love my updos, braids, and once in a while, blowouts or silk presses. I’ve been natural for over 12 years, and had a hairdresser for over seven years, I’d go to faithfully, every two weeks. She was the only one that could accomplish every hairstyle I wanted. With that being said, I was skeptical about moving back to CT., in fear of not finding a good hairdresser. I’m not going to lie, I’ve tried a few others in CT., but they didn’t give me quite the look I was going for. Until now, I’ve found the one!!!! Best Believe, it’s worth the drive from Groton to Harford!!!!
