Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI booked this hair salon for my summer wedding in 2019. I came in for a trial run and my hair looked absolutely nothing like the reference picture I showed. It looked so so so bad. My dog could have done better. I explained I was not happy but I still paid for the trial and they said we could try again on another date. Then, they emailed me and said they are no longer available on my wedding date (even though they had confirmed they were before). I think I had a month and a half to find a new stylist. I booked this hair salon for my summer wedding in 2019. I came in for a trial run and my hair looked absolutely nothing like the reference picture I showed. It looked so so so bad. My dog could have done better. I explained I was not happy but I still paid for the trial and they said we could try again on another date. She always works with exactly what I am looking for, and has an eye for what will look good with my skin tone and any upcoming events (seasons or weddings). I had no idea how to communicate what I wanted to do to my hair. All I said was “this part bugs me” and Angie was able to magically do exactly what I wanted. I have very fine hair, and all of the hairstyles I like are done by men with thick hair, I felt hopeless! Angie always listens to what I want and I always leave smiling because the cut is great. Even after the Covid shutdown my haircut still held. I was impressed that it wasn’t out of control. I also appreciate that Angie is friendly but doesn’t feel the need to fill quiet with unnecessary small talk. Her shampoos are also great. Love the head massages!
