Shaquetta does a fantastic job with most ethnic hairstyles. She is fast and very good at what she does. She is personable and makes you feel at home when you are there. Her prices are reasonable, however if you need an appointment make sure you schedule before you leave as she tends to stay fully boomed and short notice appointments are rarely available.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLast may 2020 I got a textured perm and it was so cute I loved it but the thing is I realized that chunks of my hair was falling out and I had a bald spot on the top of my head and it was so uneven I had to buzz my hair off that was my first and last bad experience with them I have been there multiple times before for crochet braids and it was good but when I got the perm she left it on for to long and the lady kept complaining about the smell and how long it was taking etc. but I will not be going there agian they totally ruined my hair but I don’t know if any of you guys would understand but my hair was my life and she ruined it I believe that it was the owner who took care of me but I don’t recommend going here for a perm or textured perm. Worst service EVER. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. It was like you should know what to do and where to sit. (It was my first time being there) We came in she had no feelings about how tender headed I was she raked through my hair like she was pulling weeds from the grass, I was in tears. I told her previously how tender headed x 1000 I was and she reassured me she could do it and understood. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. It is not a comfortable place like a salon should feel like. The people are rude and it connects with the way they treat their clients.
