Went in for a haircut. The service was awful. Had to go to another salon to have my hair cut properly. My bangs were so crocked that it made the people at the second salon take pictures. I have shoulder length hair and the cut was strength across when I asked for it to be tapered. It too was not cut evenly. What a mess. I didn’t notice the problems because they had me leave the salon with very wet hair. I guess you get what you pay for. The second salon spent about 30 minutes fixing it. When they were done they refused to take my money. I will be leaving them fantastic feedback.

About 8 months ago, a friend gave me a gift card to use at Hair Haven… I wanted a trim on my bob. Nothing fancy. A bob. My hair was “trimmed” & left wet; I should’ve asked for it to be dried but I didn’t. After I dried it at home, I was horrified. These are the pictures of my butchered trim / cut. I called & I was treated a bit abruptly for asking for my hair to be fixed. I went back in, someone else straightened my hair, but again, I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the salon by going back. No apology, no offer of a refund, no discount.

I’ll give credit where it’s due, I was super skeptical on having my hair done after it was absolutely butchered by a local salon last year and I haven’t had it touched since. Lyndsey did a wonderful job coloring it and cutting it to perfection she took her time and made sure I was happy throughout the process rather then just going for it.
