I came in to get information since I’m in this building alot but instead of explaining that since they are busy (as I understand all hair salons are) they can book me in advance, she saids they are independent hairstylists with no website to schedule and only work by word of mouth. That’s it. Awkward silence. I’m like, so…… you don’t want my business? She made me feel very uncomfortable. I wasn’t looking to get my hair done today, just information since I saw they had no website. Was it because how I was dressed, my ethnicity ♀️ Just couldn’t believe I was hearing what she said. Felt very offended. She said if you want I can take your number and have someone call me back. But that was after the fact. Your first impression to get new clients was very saddening.
