I don’t usually have my hair colored so I didn’t know any better. I came to Hair Harmony to have this fixed.First of all, they had good health and safety measures in place. Also, Jamal is an absolute magician! Not only did he graciously take up the task of fixing someone else’s poor hair coloring job, he perfectly matched my natural hair to get rid of the streaks. Now, the previous highlights look subtle. He also gave my hair a nice trim and showed me some great styling techniques that I can use at home.I 100% recommend them. I walked in without a solid plan. Really just wanted a small change that was maintainence free and a trim and I was welcomed with amazing customer service from everyone there. They treated me so well and listened to how my hair behaved and the end result is better than I have ever dreamed. It is so hard for me to find someone who knows how to work with super fine, soft, flat hair. I can not speak enough words to describe how happy I am about the cut and balayage I received. It was reasonably priced, the staff was friendly and it was so clean. I will definitely be back again and will definitely refer them to my friends.

I trust everyone here to do my hair whether it’s a cut or color. Palin’s was my regular but both her Mother and Father did my hair. Always walked out happy. There was never anyone having a bad day. It’s a wonderful family run salon and I always felt comfortable. Even though I moved I have on occasion stopped in to have Palin give me a cut.

It was busy today. But everyone was working, and I did not observe anyone waiting to be served. They also managed to keep the space clean and tidy, though every station was filled. The shampoo was one of the most thorough and relaxing I have had in a long time.
