I’d usually get it trimmed whenever I took my kids to places like Great Clips or Super Cuts, but would always feel a great deal of anxiety before and during the trim. I knew I wanted a dramatic change to my hair but wasn’t sure what. After a quick Google search, I decided to try this local business Hair Happenings and made an appointment. Best hair decision I’ve ever made! Kim asked me what I wanted, as well as what my typical hair care routine was and a few questions about my lifestyle in order to help me find a hairstyle that would realistically suit me. It was a true collaboration and I LOVE the results! Kim was considerate of my skin and fragrance sensitivities, which I immensely appreciate! Her salon is adorable, clean, and I love that there aren’t a bunch of other people in there. I didn’t feel anxious at all and Kim made me feel right at home. I am definitely coming back and plan to bring the kids. Such a kind and caring person!I was able to get in last minute before the holiday and was desperately needing my hair done. I’ve had a lot of hair loss due to medical issues, and damaged ends from previously lightening my hair. Kim gave me a great hair cut while preserving some length as requested. She also colored over the blonde and I cannot get over how exact she matched my ends to my natural hair color. My hair looks and feels amazing. I had such a great experience here. Kim is a great stylist. I recently moved here and she really listened to what I was looking for and was able to do my cut and color just how I wanted it. It is always hard finding a new stylist but I am so happy I came here. She does a great job and it was fun just talking with her. I would highly recommend.
