5 star for the place. One star for Andrew stylist. He forgot my appointment, someone had to call him to remind him. When I talked to him (from the employee who called him, phone) he was rushing to get there and said the appointment was scheduled for 10 but the appointment reminder was 10:30. Which didn’t make sense because then he would be at the salon if that was the case. Thankfully the ladies here were AWESOME. I told them what he said and the totally called him out saying that didn’t make sense why he was not there. They were even understanding that I was going to leave without saying anything to the stylist. Instead of leaving they made room for me and I was able to get my simple hair cut and style with someone else. I am 38 weeks pregnant scheduled to have my baby next week so I was not in the mood to reschedule and come back for this stylist. When he did get to the salon, he proceeded to tell me that he had some power surge that went on at his house and messed with his clocks… Sure. I did not let him do my hair and I didn’t appreciate being lied to. The lady who helped me was kind and fun to talk to. THEY LADIES WERE SO UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING! 5 STARS TO THIS PLACE. 1 star for the stylist Andrew.
