The setting is so eclectic, artsy, quaint and clean. The 2 Quisha and Ladonna are amazing and there professionalism is above and beyond. I love the way they actually care for you hair and offer organic oils and supplements also. My Son’s locs are always on point and I’m happy to find this place.

I actually had no issues with this salon until recently. That is why I gave at least one star. They use an online app to schedule hair appointments as most do nowadays. However stylist Ladonna clearly does not check hers or use hers efficiently! I scheduled a hair app for new year’s eve. Usually after scheduling an appointment there is no further communication before the actual appointment, once booked the client shows up. I am so glad that I decided to text her to ask a question about my hair prior to my appointment. After texting her, she replies to me that she did not realize that she left times open for that day and that she didn’t plan on staying despite the fact that I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I explained to her that I scheduled it and it was open and asked is there anything else available. SHE NEVER REPLIED AT ALL. No apologies, no rescheduling, NOTHING! I consider that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If I had not text her to ask the question I would have driven there 40 minutes for nothing! I have taken my time, money and business elsewhere.
