I am used to going to the Dominicans and just getting a blowout and calling it a day. I have been looking around in Akron for a hair salon and found one.1) the owner personally did my hair herself lovely lovely job. I see a few comments about her being rude. Nothing is rude about that place well kept clean lovely customer service.She had good vibes flowing . 2) yes it was my first time going and my oldest child is going next week for a silk press.

The owner is rude as hell! She is not a stylist that cares about her clients. I got my hair done by her and I came out very disappointed. I complained that the style wasn’t what I wanted and she didn’t even try to fix the issue! I asked for a refund and she said her time was put into doing my hair and if I don’t like it I can book another appointment with her. She is a very disrespectful and unprofessional woman! A good stylist will take time to listen to the clients concerns but she didn’t care whatsoever! She is just in it for the money!

I love going here. I’ve been here one time and my hair is still good. All I have to do is spray it to make sure my scalp is moisturized and then I tie it up so my sides are laying down. After that I’m good to go! I loved going here and I cannot wait to go back when I schedule my appointment. I must say this I have dreads and this place can cut your hair, retwist your locs, get your weave together, etc. I paid 75.00 for my locs, the price was initially was 65.00 but I bought spray because my scalp was dry. I got my hair done awhile ago and it still looks good. The owner is a young lady is just awesome. I cannot speak on any other service. Parking does suck though the shop cannot help that part. It is a one way street you would be best to have someone drop you off if you don’t mind parking around the corner I believe there’s parking there. But there is so much construction because it changes day by day and week by week.
