Critical: ProfessionalismI had an 11:30am appointment with Kelvin. I signed in and their was a lady who sits at the first chair to the left that acknowledged me and asked me who was there to be serviced by and I told her I have an 11:30 appointment with Kelvin. There was another young lady waiting before me who was also waiting for him. The worker who acknowledged me said she would let him know I’m here. During my wait there was a heavy set young lady who came in maybe around 12:30 ish who told the receptionist she was here to be serviced by Kelvin. I believe she had an appointment as well. Note that this receptionist who she spoke to was different than the lady who acknowledged me. The receptionist got up and told Kelvin the heavy set girl was here for him. At this point I’m still waiting with no update on how much longer I will have to wait or anything. It was after 1pm and I still have not gotten serviced yet for my hair. Kelvin took the heavy set lady next to get her done and never not once acknowledge me let alone I was there since 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment. Very unprofessional! Not to mention I traveled all the way to this salon from Greenbelt, MD.I had an 11:30am appointment with Kelvin. I had an 11:30am appointment with Kelvin. I signed in and their was a lady who sits at the first chair to the left that acknowledged me and asked me who was there to be serviced by and I told her I have an 11:30 appointment with Kelvin. Positive: QualityI found Kelvin ig for a braid down. I must say he is a good stylist. He gives good hair advice, communication, and assist with healthy hair growth.
