I went there about 4weeks ago and it was a great atmosphere! The lady who did my highlights her name was mckenzie she was very nice! I tipped her 40$ extra dollars bc she was so nice … come back today and it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! They scheduled me for 2 pm she calls me at 1pm she says WHERE R U?? U are suppose to be here so i say ok bc i live a block… get there she doesnt want to blow dry my hair she says i have other customers, so i blow dry my own hair! I get it done and bx my daughter was with me she had her boss tell me she wouldnt be doinf my hair… I WAS SO ANGRY! You dont treat ppl the way they did!
