I was 10 min late for a 15min session. I paid for the full 15min plus a product I really didn’t want…total $65. All I felt was Anxiety, Rudeness, Anger and Reprimanded several times from this electrologist, not to mention pain. Showed No patience, understanding or compassion. Other electrologist like Janelle has been super nice and caring. This was the First time I was Late ever. I Never want this lady again to serve me. God forgive and bless this lady as Blessings offer healing ❤️ and light. ☮️

I’ve had great experience’s at Hair Free Forever, the staff are always friendly and very professional. And the results are amazing! I have not had any issues with scheduling and like how they send text messages and emails for reminders. It was an awful experience. I left crying. The owner is very insensitive, even after I explained that I had lost my house in the Thomas Fire. Instead of being understanding she gave me a long speech because I had to switch my appointment. It was a 15 minute appointment & she made it sound like I was going to bankrupt her. This was the second time I found her rude to paying clients. I will not go back & support this business ever again. And it’s too bad because some of her staff is very nice.
