Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI don’t normally do this but just FYI for anyone looking to get a haircut, dye, highlights….NEVER go to this place. I have been in 3 times, 3 times have they not even come close to getting my hair right. They just insist in me coming in so they can “fix” it but it comes out more messed up each time.The first time they left it cut UNEVEN, so I had to go back and they left it uneven again!! and the complete wrong dye pattern. The stylist didn’t even ask me what i wanted done, I had briefly mentioned balayage the week before,, but nothing about what color i wanted or where I did or did not want colored (I did not want anywhere near my roots to be colored and I had told her that plenty of times), so I had to stop her to show her what I wanted done just for her to disregard it and go with her own creation… all over highlights.I went back a week later (today) and now it just looks all over blonde. my husband called to get his money back and the second stylist to do my hair argued with him that she didn’t add anymore blonde, she just went over what was already blonde. its very noticeably more blonde.If you want to throw away money, give them a call. they won’t refund you, they’ll just keep offering to “make it right” but after 3 trips there its obvious that won’t happen.I don’t normally do this but just FYI for anyone looking to get a haircut, dye, highlights….NEVER go to this place.
