This place is wonderful! I walked in nervously and spoke to the owner. I explained to her that I had post treatment new growth and that my hair was damaged from illness and medications. I was anxious about cutting my hair because of how much of it I had lost. My hair also had completely changed texture and lost so much volume I was constantly wearing hats to conceal the damage because I was having trouble styling it. She was so empathetic and compassionate! She shared with me that she had been through exactly what I was going through! She pointed me to the chair of one of her staff members who also cut and styled her hair for her during her treatments and just reassured me that I could trust her. It was not an accident that I landed in that shopping center in Springville that day, because I got the BEST haircut ever! I have been complimented repeatedly and I am going back to get it shaped back up! I also met a group of people that were very genuine and I was very comfortable there. I live on the other side of Birmingham, but will be traveling to Hairforce to feel better and look fabulous about every three months from now on!

I love this place. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Suzy (owner) since I moved to Springville in January 2019. The shop is always clean and although usually busy, I never have to wait more than a few minutes when I have an appointment. I highly recommend!

I love this salon! Good prices on kids haircuts, they always listen to what I’m looking for. The ladies are lively and personable & always clean we go in. Plus we never have to wait long because their are usually 5 or 6 stylist’s working!

I was a walk in today. They sat me with the 1st available stylist (major understatement here) She didn’t listen to what I asked her to do…the absolute worse haircut EVER!.. Why she’s allowed to cut hair is unbelievable. No regard for what the customer asks. I was so angry I just paid and left. Patron Beware..Bonnie with scissors is a bad mistake! SMH

I got my hair dyed a black and gray ombre here and it turned out great. I also used them to cut my really long hair (I was terrified) into a fluffy asymetrical Bob,they nailed it. Everyone is very friendly there. Would recommend 100%
