I went in for a root touch up on my balayage and walked out in tears. Im not an emotional person so this was really hard to do. I spent 5 hours in the salon trying to tell them what I wanted and why the color did not look good and they just kept telling me “You look beautiful, this is a great color.” Even when I said it was not what I wanted and started crying in the chair, they were convinced it was still a beautiful color. It is yellow/orange and even though I asked for a balayage it is all one color and they bleached all the way to my roots. They kept saying “we don’t know what you want” even after I showed them multiple pictures. I was not asking for any new color, literally just to copy exactly what my hair ALREADY looked like and bring up the color in the roots to match. Its honestly unbelievable, and I am embarrassed to go to work on Monday. It was Patty and another lady named Pruniya or something like that. Horrible.
