Her professionalism, kind heart and knowledge about hair care is exceptional! I look forward to my appointments. Tia is more than a hair stylist! I went to her with natural hair that had not been taken care of for years. Her suggestions for my hair goals where right on target. I never have to wait for her, and if there is ever a delay, she texts me to let me know. That is so considerate of my time! I love how she shampoos my hair/massages my scalp. I especially appreciate how gentle she is when braiding down my hair for wig styles/weave.
