I went to Hair Flair With a photo of how I wanted my hair colored, Brenda (the owner) said she could do it. After going back two more times to try to fix it, my hair is very damaged now and did not come out at all like I wanted. To say that I am dissatisfied is extremely understated. My friends have all asked what happened to my hair and I have told them where I went and that I spent $295. I wish I could attach photos. Please save your hair and go elsewhere.

Everytime I show her a picture of the cut I want she does exactly that! I have gotten balayage from her it came out amazing. She is always professional, on time and extremely friendly . I would recommend her to anyone. The prices are not outrageous especially in comparison to other places I have been. The quality for the price is beyond fair. Please don’t listen to these negative reviews. It’s hard to rate this salon because of how amazing the staff is.. I’ve been going to Rosa for my hair (she completely saved my hair after a 2 year disaster) and Gina who does my facials, spray tans and eyelashes.. they’re absolutely fantastic and I will follow them wherever they go. I will only go to hair flair for THEM. The owner, Brenda, is very disorganized and treats her employees like dirt. She takes their tip money (when it’s added to the total and paid with a card…. literally, the girls DONT GET THOSE TIPS.. the owner takes them from them.. unbelievable. I used to go every single weekend for the past month and a half just for Rosa and Gina.. I was treated so poorly and felt as though I wasn’t even welcomed in the salon, after Brenda told me I couldn’t pay with a credit card and could only use cash or a personal check. First of all – I felt embarrassed and discriminated against, and when I called to ask why, Brenda hung up on me.. my personal experience with Gina has been mind blowing and my skin and body has never looked better… and Rosa? I owe the health and love for my hair ALL TO HER. So sad that a business owner would rather steal their tip money and pay them below any minimum wage rates, and risked losing them.. they’re amazing – she is not. Tons of other salons in the area that treat their customers and staff amazing! No hostility or weird requests like paying cash only? I spend 100s if dollars at a time every time I go – who brings that much cash with them anyways? Weird if you ask me !

Their lash technician is the only reason worth going here. The unlicensed/ non permitted assistants do better hair than Brenda. You’re better off going elsewhere. Overpriced salon for the quality you are given here. There is a reason no other stylists stay working here.

My wife found this to salon near her job, We both went in to get haircuts. The shop was very nice and clean. The staff was very professional And the prices were very reasonable , I definitely recommend it !!!
