I was a client of Hair Fitness for over 1 year until recently I met the owner. The ladies working there have always been nice, however the owner decided she would charge an additional $20 for a braid on my daughters hair, which we did not request. When I questioned the charge, she started to become loud and saying things under the breath. I was so shocked by her behavior, especially since she acted this way in front of my girls. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The stylists are great and professional however the owner that operates the place up charges customers for items that no other place would for example blow drying your hair after a color or in case you have a lot of hair on your head which most women do and charge you extra for working it. You should ask them for all charges before booking an appointment and ensure you are given accurate information otherwise avoid this place for a more honest salon that values integrity and your business for the long term.
