I have been going to Gigi for almost five years and her extensive knowledge of hair and hair treatments has helped my hair look better than it has in years. I love her shop because it is always clean and has lots of natural light. Whenever I have a formal event or a special occasion, I can count on Gigi to give me a fabulous look! I enjoyed the time at the salon, after the styling, and throughout the day. I was with her twice, 2 days, I decided to have another service, It felt like home. You actually feel safe and in excellent hands.I feel like I’ve known her for years. She’s easy too talk to, and still is about her business. It’s extremely easy to be around her and enjoy the atmosphere.The Salon is very welcoming, the color palette is very stylish.Again, I’ve been going to salons pretty much all my life, since I was a teenager, and you only meet this type of person a couple times in your life. I feel the presence of kindness and a caring spirit. I like that she’s concerned with the health of your hair and making sure that you are happy and pleased. Critical: ProfessionalismCalled this location to find out if they had any openings for a wig installation and the lady on the phone said yes to come in at 11am. Got there on time, for my wig to be install; she took 4hrs 30mins to install my wig from 11am to 3:30pm. Which when I asked how long it was going to take before she started, she mentioned she’ll take an 1hr 30mins. When I tried to talk about it she had the nerve to ask if I’ve ever done a wig installation before? Then she asked if I wanted to live with the job not done yet. I stayed calm and she kept talking why doing my hair and doing another client hair as well. I gave it one star ⭐️ because if you don’t you won’t be able to comment. On top of that she applied glue all over my for head and left me with a lister notice that the next day. She’s very rude, talk too much and di respectful.
