Horrible experience today. My mother went into this shop today to purchase a new wig. The sign on the door read “open” and the front door was unlocked. My mother went in and asked if she could look around. Kathy the owner said “oh honey not today”. I’m sorry but if your door is unlocked during normal business hours , WHY couldn’t she come in? HORRIBLE customer service and made my mother feel VERY unwelcome. Lock your damn doors if you want to keep customers out. Don’t make them feel like second class citizens. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
