I went into Hair Fantasy last minute just wanted a cut. My hair was too long to work with because of my busy schedule. Joe worked me in and I had mentioned I’d been bleaching red out of my hair for a year and just wanted to go more natural and have hair I could work with. He said I’d do this for a cut and I’d do this for colour. I gave him permission to do whatever he thought was best. I walked out 2 and a half hours later with a hair cut that is manageable along with a fresh set of highlights and low lights that suited my natural colour. On top of that I had my rambunctious 7 year old asking a million questions and into everything he had on his station! He never batted an eye he kept her entertained while doing his job. Never got an attitude and we talked and laughed the whole way through. This man gives the best washes and temple massages! Definitely going back for his services and now my daughter wants him to do her hair too because he’s sooooo fun!!!

I did not like this place at all. My friend and I went into the salon to get her wedding hair done and I just thought I might put a few braids in my hair. I got two braids and nothing else and they charged $20. That is way overpriced. When they started on my friend’s wedding hair, the lady was complaining the whole time about how she didn’t know it was for a wedding. Then she didn’t know how to do a fish tail braid. How are you a hair stylist and not know how to do a fish tail braid? Then she started to do the fishtail braid and then when she got bored of the fishtail she braided the rest of that braid into a regular braid … AND IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED FOR EVERYTHING… TO sum it up I’m an unhappy customer and I definitely am thinking about going back for a refund. Btw one of the braids already fell out and I have to redo it … WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
