I’ve been getting my hair done here since 2003 Nichole is the only person I will let touch my hair I moved over an hour away but I make that drive everytime just to go to her, she also does all my kids haircuts and styles. All the ladies here are so sweet and talented.

Hair Expressions is by far the best salon in Goldsboro. The whole crew are wonderful people. They are very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Nichole is my hairdresser and when I first come in, my hair was long and outdated. I sent her a few pictures of the style and colors I wanted for my new look and she did a wonderful and professional job. I have been back to her 2 other times and have even taken my 3 year old son who is terrified of anything, like getting his haircut. She made him feel right at ease and he done a great job. I would recommend Hair Expressions to anyone, not to mention I have many friends and family that go here as well!!!

I’ve been going to Nichole for a few years now and I am always blown away with her talent!! She knows exactly what I want and executes it perfectly every time. Both her and the other staff are warm and friendly!!! Since going to Nichole my son, daughter and wife had started going to see her and again…everytime is a wonderful experience!!!! I’d give them 6 stars if Google would let me.

I went to Nichole Peedin here at Hair Expressions. She seemed really nice and knew what she was doing at first. At the end she handed me a tiny little mirror to look through my hair. The room itself is small and dark with a tiny lamp that barely put out any light. There is a big front window which is covered by an awning and it happened to be very gloomy and cloudy that day. So I wasn’t able to actually see my hair very well, from what we saw it looked fine. When I got home that was something different. I had GIANT bleached yellow spots all over the underside of my head and my hair looked like someone did a botched OMBRE (which she was taking my hair from dark to red). I texted her pictures of all the different angles and disasters she had done to my hair and she refused to redund me any money. She also told me it would be another service charge to fix my hair, but her words exactly “From what we did today I thought it turned out really good!”. If there was a way to post pictures of the monstrosity she considered a good hair dye job, you would disagree with her as well. I was livid and embarassed and wanted to cry!! After fighting with her over it she did offer to fix it until I was completely happy with it. Isn’t that what I paid her for in the first place?? She will never touch my head again and I hope to save someone else from this disaster as well. When we pay money for a service, you do the job as detailed/instructed to do so, not what you “think” is a good job. She told me she could do what I wanted and she definitely came nowhere near what I wanted. I understand products costs money too, but that’s not my fault. When you say you can do it and are paid for the specific service, if you mess up you eat the cost, not the client. Poor customer service, poor professonal, and poor stylist skills. She even botched my hair cut!
