Critical: ProfessionalismStephanie S was my sytlist. I have had the worst experience with her. When I went back for recolor. She didnt listen to me so she dyed my hair black instead of the previous red. Which leads me to believe she didnt note the color she previously uaed. So her fix was to give me red highlights. Which I accepted and was just happy that I could see red and not all black. I went to her 3 weeks for a scheduled deep condition treatment. Im not sure what went wrong but the next day the red faded in the back so I had an orange shade in the back and the red at the top. Stephanie has always told me if something isnt right let her know. I sent a pic because a pic is a thousands words. Instead of her acknowledging that my hair was 2 different colors. She replied with that her product would not have faded my hair. She has tried everything to make me happ . So is she implying that I did it to my hair. She then said i can cone back but she would be charging me. I never asked to come back i was simply showing her that sonething went wrong. Her response was unprofessional and I dont ask for freebies. She didnt take any responsibility instead she responded with much arrogance. Also to insinuated that I did something to my hair to cause the fading. Which I did not.
