I am always able to get in quickly, with my preferred colorist – Emma. She always takes time to discuss my goal color, and always does a wonderful job. She has stayed late a few times working on my hair, and I’ve never felt rushed during the process. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the high quality service and results I receive every time. I have always left this salon feeling happy and satisfied with my hair. I am always able to get in quickly, with my preferred colorist – Emma. She always takes time to discuss my goal color, and always does a wonderful job. She has stayed late a few times working on my hair, and I’ve never felt rushed during the process. Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible. I had been seeing Lexi for about a year for color and cut. I had an appointment scheduled today. I took time out of my day and then when I arrived, I was told she didn’t work there anymore. Then the receptionist told me that I should have received a phone call a month ago. However, I did not. I called my friend who also sees Lexi and she said she never got a call either. She told me this is frequent for turnover at Hair Expressions and bad communication like this occurs a lot. Horrible. I had been seeing Lexi for about a year for color and cut. I had an appointment scheduled today. I took time out of my day and then when I arrived, I was told she didn’t work there anymore.
