I came in the other day as a walk-in with no appointment. They had someone available to cut my hair right away. About 2 minutes into my haircut the women cutting my hair stops to talk on the phone for about 5-7 minutes leaving me to just sit there and wait. She did apologize after she was done but it doesn’t excuse it. That is just plain rude. She did just an OK job on my haircut and the charge was $35. I find that to be overpriced. I can get a better haircut at SportsClips that includes a hot towel treatment, hair wash and scalp massage for less. I won’t be coming back here again.

I started taking my son to this place a couple months ago and they’ve always done a great job on his hair. They can get super busy and the wait is very long but they offer appointments at an additional fee. If you’ve had your hair cut by these people you’ll know the wait or the extra fee is worth it.

Got my sons hair cut and the hairdresser did not follow directions at all! He was given a stupid line design on the side and an extremely short fade I didn’t ask for I even showed pictures to her for reference! Have never had a problem here until today. Figured maybe she just didn’t understand and still let her cut my hair after because I don’t really have time to go elsewhere.. I asked for a medium cut with subtle layers just to not be so blunt (figured it’s something very simple you can’t mess it up) boy was I wrong!! My hair looks like it has 3 stairs from the side and random layer, also I said I didn’t want it to look like a U in the back, but it looks like a U maybe even a V! Not a bad business just a bad hair dresser! Again have NEVER had an issue with anyone else here just that one lady who didn’t listen to what I was asking for at all.
