Got my hair colored here on a whim a few weeks ago, my bright orange roots in comparison to the rest of my much darker auburn hair was bizarre to say the least. I went and got it fixed somewhere else. After 3 people asked what happened to my roots. I did ask for and receive a 2″ trim that was spot on, that’s the only reason I gave 3 stars. Also, the stylists should try to push their retail products more. I would’ve definitely purchased some color preserving products if the stylist recommended them to me. I’ve never had dyed hair before, which she knew. I went to Ulta instead.

You truly need to be overly detailed in what you want from your hairdresser (even then, cross your fingers that your hairdresser doesn’t change how she wants to cut your hair), or else you’ll end up regretting your choice of hair salon. Critical: Qualityi got the worse long layered hair cut ever! When asked to fix it the beautition just kept hacking away at one side of my hair and never even touched the other side! I have been a customer for over a decade and will never again waste my money there again! I had to go somewhere else to have my hair recut a third time to correct her two scew ups! My fiance and I went to get haircuts at the same time for our engagement photos. We had to reschedule our photoshoot. My hair was cut considerably shorter than I requested, so now it will not lay how I told my stylist I like it to, and my fiance has random pieces throughout her hair that are an inch or more longer than the rest. Her hair is also about an inch different from side to side. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, but that doesn’t make our haircuts any less crappy.
