I got a hair cut and was VERY specific with the instructions no more than one Inch off the text top and a one on the side. Simple haircut? Apparently not I ended up with one inch in the back of the top of my head and like 5 in the front. I’m not going here again I came out looking like a clown. Looks like I have to wear hats now. Will never go there again. I like my hair short and ears cut out. Ashley used a clipper around my ears and left a large bald spot behind each ear. Can’t be fixed. She did apologize stating, “I guess I cut too high with the clipper.” And gave me $20 off. It will take a long time for this to grow out.

Got my color done on Sunday and the cosmetologist (Rebecca Hvazda) did a fantastic job! She was professional, courteous and very pleasant. She showed true knowledge about hair color and what I wanted. She also trimmed my hair because she said the ends were pretty damaged (she was right on that one lol). She wanted me to be happy with the end result and her concern made me very comfortable sitting in her chair, I knew I was going to leave there happy and satisfied and I did!

If I could put zero stars I would. I went to get blonde highlights a few months ago and they came out pink (I’ve never had that happen before). Then the girl is like all we can do is tone it. So I still had to pay full price for my highlights and it was so brassy with pink showing through I ended up dying my whole head dark brown a few days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
