No complaints regarding how my hair turned out….as a matter of fact I truly liked it BUT the reason my second visit was my last was due to the unprofessional and disrespectful conversations that occurred that day. They spoke really bad about overweight people (I’m not overweight) AND the two black women that were sitting there at the time whom they assumed didn’t speak Spanish. Come on ladies, in a world filled with hate ……be better!

When I arrived, they did everything fine until they told me someone else had an appointment and I’d have to wait 45 minutes just to get my hair flat ironed. If you have an appointment with a customer, I get it, but take care of them first, not leave me half done, make me wait then come back. I didn’t have the time to wait, so I just left. They also charged me 60 just to blow dry, which is the price including a wash, which I did myself before coming. The board says 40. They will burn your hair with too much heat and yes even cut your hair with out your permission! I was told that I needed a trim. I told the stylist no twice and she ended up cutting about 3 inches off! They wont show their work and will turn you away from the mirror. I did not care about price but I cant believe that they cut hair or call it a trim with out my consent. I will not go there anymore since there are plenty of salons around. If you are growing your hair and don’t want poor service STAY AWAY!
