My daughter went here to have her hair colored, and it was one of the most traumatic experiences of her life. The lady who did the coloring had no idea what she was doing and ended up giving my daughter chemical burns on her scalp from which she is still recovering a week later. In addition to the pain, the lady didn’t even give my daughter the color she had asked for. There are many other places around that will do a better job. There’s no reason anyone should be going here for hair treatment.

Stay away from this place, especially if you have any kind of disability. My 38 year old sister has severe MS and has difficulty talking, walking and will sometimes her body will have tremors. The stylist KNEW this as we have been there before. First thing when she sat down she made a comment about my sisters greasy hair – well yes, who washes their hair before getting a cut? I don’t – I always get shampooed before the cut (which was not offered to her). Then as the cut was happening and my sister would have a tremor she sharply told her to be still. I calmly told her that she couldn’t help it and it would pass (we are talking a few seconds at a time). Then when she would get another one she would make a “tisk tisk tisk” sound at her and roll her eyes and again tell her to be still and stop moving. It did not need to be a precision cut as I told her. I wanted to pull my sister out of the chair and leave, but she needed the cut finished. My sister and I were both almost in tears as we left. I get my sister wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, but the stylists lack of human decency should be noted. I’m ashamed for her.

Worst hair cut and highlights ever. This lady should not have a license. I asked for highlights and just cut off the dead ends. I left with my hair darker than when I came in. Then she gives me a round layer cut and butchered my hair. It’s now barely past my shoulders. I asked for a refund and she refused. I told her I was reporting her to the BBB and taking her to court. She isn’t even a 1 star, she’s a ZERO.
