Best place in Seattle to get a haircut. The owner, Le, is the best barber in the Seattle area, and so very friendly. I have been coming here for 10 years, and I’ve never had a bad haircut. Le remembers everyone, and is on a first name basis with his clients. He gives really good customer service, and makes sure everyone is happy.

Great experience, clean quite space, wonderful staff and service. Mimi took her time cutting my thick wavy hair perfectly. She asked questions and listened to my requests. I booked an appointment the day before but it was quite busy for walk-ins. They were still able to squeeze customers in and it was a lovely space to be. They even have art by a featured artist in the waiting area, very cool and super reasonable price. Thank you thank you.

Critical: QualityThe owner of this shop is very Rud, Arrogant, Impatient. I was trying to cut the hair bang and the result came out is not what I want. I was trying to communicate with the hair stylist. The owner stepped into our conversation and trying to argue with me that this is the hair bang he would cut also. He was also trying to blaming me for not communicate clearly with the hair stylist without really knowing what I was talking with the hair stylist. He is not trying and willing listen to the customer voice and very imatient with customer. The owner is too disrespectful. Not recommend!!! Great service! Very cheap for the extrem quality hair cut that my children recieved. My son said it was the best hair cut that he ever received and my daughter loved her hair. The hairstylists were easy to talk to and they understood exactly the cut that was asked of them. Again, best service and wonderful cuts with a great price. Defiantly will come here again and again. Great hours too!!!

My son got a poor haircut here which required us to come back to have it fixed, which is fine…but then the next month we visited the salon twice about half an hour before closing. The first time they had a line so they said they couldn’t take any more customers. A few days later we walk in and there’s no line and two stylists, with one in the middle of a haircut. A stylist walks up and tells me they can only do one haircut, not two. Are you kidding me? Going next door to Sophia’s Salon.
