made the huge mistake of not booking Sandy again and going with someone else. Was very unhappy with cut. Went back in for a recut on Tuesday, being very specific about my issues, including pictures!!! When you go in for a recut wouldn’t you expect a better cut? Now im even more frustrated than I was after the 1st cut. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! My 1 star is not for the Hair Event, but for the person who botched this cut. I will be wearing a head band until i can calm down and get an appt with Sandy!
