Worst salon ever. They would cancel my appointment last minute and tell me I couldn’t have the hairdresser I wanted despite her being available and try to reschedule me with another stylist at the same time or at some hour that didn’t work for me even after I told them it didn’t work. It was like they completely ignored me and were only interested in the best time for them without any regard to my schedule. They would also let me come in thinking I was going to be seen by my chosen hairdresser , then tell me she was too busy even though she was clearly not and say had to be seen by another stylist. The alternate stylist they insisted I see was anything but gentle. It felt like she was going to rip all of my hair out of my head and I never ended up with the style or haircut i requested. She made my my small son cry she was so rude and rough with him. This same stylist was rude and kept pushing my husband to buy her house even though he told her he wasn’t interested. She also tried to sell some skin care line to my daughter and got ignorant when I told her it was too expensive and my daughter was seeing a dermatologist for her skin issues. This stylist had to nerve to say she knew more and her products were better than the dermatologist even though she has never earned an education in dermatology. She also tried to sell a curling iron to me for $300 when it was selling elswhere for less than $100. She became ignorant with me when I told her it was too expensive and I couldn’t afford it. Unless you like being jerked around, treated roughly, and rude stylists who try to push expensive products on you even after you tell them you don’t want it, then don’t go to this salon.
